 L'azienda/società è alla ricerca di student*/neolaureat*/laureat*/Phd  per opportunità di tirocinio nella funzione  DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, la cui mission consiste nel presidio dei seguenti ambiti: 

• evoluzione delle architetture applicative, tecnologiche e di sviluppo del sistema informativo;
• sviluppo, testing e collaudo del software degli asset applicativi di competenza, nel rispetto dei requisiti di business espressi e dei processi aziendali;
• sviluppo di idee e soluzioni per l’automazione di business e la trasformazione dei processi attraverso l’utilizzo di Robotic Process Automation (RPA);
• monitoraggio delle tendenze di mercato e delle tecnologie emergenti (Blockchain, Intelligenza Artificiale, ecc…);
• gestione del ciclo di vita dei dati e dello sviluppo e utilizzo di strumenti di Machine learning, Advanced Analytics e GenAI di supporto alla gestione del patrimonio dati;
• sviluppo e razionalizzazione della digitalizzazione documentale;
• sviluppo di interfacce a supporto di processi digitali end to end, massimizzando le sinergie tra le diverse piattaforme.

The company is looking for students/recent graduates/PhD  for internship within the Digital Transformation function, whose mission is to oversee the following areas:

• Evolution of application architectures, technology frameworks and software development models within the Information System.
• Design, development, testing and deployment of software solutions related to the assigned application assets, ensuring compliance with business requirements and corporate processes.
• Design and implementation of business automation and digital transformation solutions through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• Monitoring of market trends and emerging technologies, with a focus on areas such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation.
• Management of the data lifecycle and development of solutions based on Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics and Generative AI (GenAI) to support the enhancement and governance of the organization's data assets.
• Development and optimization of document digitization processes.
• Design and implementation of interfaces and digital solutions supporting end-to-end processes, maximizing integration and synergies across different enterprise platforms.
